Refund Policy

7-day free trial - try before you buy

Before any payment is made, you may request a 7-day Trial Licence at no charge. The Trial Licence unlocks the same functionality as a paid Licence and is bound to a single machine via the standard hardware-fingerprint mechanism. Use this window to exercise every TimbyrNode workflow against your own projects or against the test database we ship with every trial and every purchase (an .ideaCon project file plus matching .tce session files covering IDEA connection input, EC5 checks, .tce session export, and Tekla export).

No post-purchase refund window

Because the trial gives you full software access before any funds change hands, TimbyrNode subscription fees are non-refundable once an invoice has been paid. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

What is not refundable

• Subscription fees once the invoice has been paid

• Partial / pro-rated amounts for unused time within a subscription term

• Seat-expansion charges once the additional Licence Files have been issued

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term. To cancel auto-renewal and prevent being invoiced for the next period, email support@timbyrnode.com at least 30 days before your renewal date. Cancelling auto-renewal does not refund the current term; your Licence remains valid until the end of the paid period.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
