Refund Policy

 

Evaluation Period - 3 calendar days

You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase date. After that window, TimbyrNode subscription fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where refunds are granted by Paddle as merchant of record (see below) or as required by applicable law.

Why 3 days? Every purchase ships with a test database - an .ideaCon project file plus matching .tce session files - so you can exercise every TimbyrNode workflow (IDEA connection input, EC5 checks, .tce session export, Tekla export) without needing to use it on a live project. Three days is enough to evaluate a tool against that test database.

 

How to request a refund

Within the Evaluation Period, email support@timbyrnode.eu (or support@tbstructures.com for other products) with:

  • Your Paddle transaction reference (on your receipt)

  • The name and email the purchase was made under

  • A one-line reason (helps us improve)

We approve eligible refunds within one business day. Paddle then returns the full amount to the original payment method; please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Paddle as merchant of record

Paddle.com Market Ltd. / Paddle.com Inc. are the legal seller of TimbyrNode. Paddle may, at its sole discretion as merchant of record, grant refunds beyond the 3-day Evaluation Period - up to 14 days after a transaction or subscription renewal - in line with its own policies. If Paddle grants such a refund, your licence is revoked and the Software will no longer activate.

 

What is not refundable

  • Subscription fees after the Evaluation Period (except as above)

  • Partial / pro-rated amounts for unused time within a subscription term

  • Seat-expansion charges already delivered as additional Licence Files

 

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term. To cancel auto-renewal and prevent being charged for the next period, email support@timbyrnode.eu at least 30 days before your renewal date. Cancelling auto-renewal does not refund the current term; your Licence remains valid until the end of the paid period.
